February Technical Updates

Racer X² would like to give a huge thank you to Sherfab Inc. for the generous carbon fiber donation as we move on to our car’s carbon fiber layup in February and March!

Over the past few months, our team has been straightening the sides of the car, sanding the curves, and applying joint compound to bond our foam slices together. We are now laying up the car with the carbon fiber donated by Sherfab Inc. We have finished the first third of the layup and plan to finish in the coming weeks!
